Where every purchase and donation breathes new life into the journeys of abandoned and injured cats and kittens. As a non-profit, volunteer-driven organisation and registered charity, the Blue Mountains & Districts Cat Welfare Group (BMD) is dedicated to rescuing felines from dire circumstances and providing them with the essential veterinary care, foster homes, and loving adoptive families they deserve.
Without any government funding, BMD relies solely on the generosity of sponsors, donors, and the proceeds from this very Op Shop to sustain its life-changing work.
Our Katoomba-based shop is a testament to the unwavering commitment of our volunteers, who tirelessly sort through and curate an ever-changing collection of treasures, ensuring that every sale and donation directly impacts the lives of cats in need.
Step into our vibrant space, and you'll find a delightful array of clothing, jewellery, homewares, collectibles, and bric-a-brac waiting to be discovered. More than just a shopping experience, your visit and support play a crucial role in our mission to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome these feline companions.
